I was fascinated by the work that Mr. Javier and his colleagues did, it was impeccable. They were very organized, respectful, kind, I also loved that an inspector came to check the apartment and mark where they had to be very careful, they knew what they were doing and they have a lot of professionalism. They are correct with the price. They removed all the old fencing and left everything clean and organized. Good job.

Javier with Fence Installation Pro did a great job replacing an old 47-foot section of residential picket fence for me. They were on time, did the work as promised, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I highly recommend their services.

Javier and team did a fantastic job on our new fence and gates. They were very professional, got everything done to my specifications, within the timeframe agreed upon (even with a slight weather related setback, they were excellent in communication) and very reasonable on pricing. I highly recommend these guys

The team of installers worked very hard and diligently the entire time they were here; I’m glad I pulled over on the side of the street to get their business card when I was driving through a neighborhood (memorial Springs). They did a great job!!!

I have used this company for several fencing projects - new side gate and fence, install new gate in existing rear fence, and repair damaged fence after Hurricane Beryl - the quality of their work has always been excellent and their staff are friendly and courteous. When I needed the side gate adjusted 6 months after install, they came out the same week and adjusted for free! I highly recommend them

Fence Replacement Process

When fencing damage becomes apparent, the first decision is often whether to repair or replace it. When a repair is no longer viable, our fencing contractor can provide our fence replacement service.

  1. Detach the fence from its posts: We loosen the fence panels and set them aside.
  2. Unscrew the fence from its posts: If the fence we’re replacing is wooden, they may have additional screws to remove inside. We use a drill to remove all the screws on the damaged posts and a hammer to remove nails.
  3. Remove the old fence posts: Wearing gloves for protection, we rock the post back and forth at least 90 degrees to dig it out. If the post is embedded in concrete, we’ll need to break it up to facilitate removal.
  4. Clear the hole and dig a new one: The fence post hole may collapse when we remove the old post. If this happens, we use a narrow shovel to remove the soil and clear it out, putting the removed soil on a plastic tarp. We dig at least 16 to 24 inches; for soft soil, we dig an additional 12 inches for security. If the hole collapses too much, we need to use a post-hole digger to make a new hole.
  5. Lay gravel: We add gravel to the hole as needed; one or two bags straight to the bottom of the hole should suffice. If it already contains gravel, we might not need to add any.
  6. Set the new post: We put the new fence post in the hole and plumb it with our level. We then nail two-by-fours to the base to secure its upright position.
  7. Fill the hole: Once again, we inspect for plumb before opening a bag of concrete and filling the hole. The concrete should be about 3 inches beneath the ground level.
  8. Put water in the concrete: Using a gallon of water for every 50 pounds of concrete, we add clean water right on top of the dry mix. The concrete must cure for at least an hour before we remove the wood braces and top the mix with soil.
  9. Add the new fencing: Our fence installer puts in the replacement fence.
